Air Classifier Mill
How It Works
The machine features a vertical cylindrical design, integrating an ultra-fine grinding mill at the base with an air classifier at the top. The grinding chamber, equipped with high-precision discs and blocks, pulverizes sulfur into fine powder. This powder then rises to the grading chamber, where a high-speed impeller separates it: qualified particles are discharged via the cyclone collector, while oversized powder is automatically redirected to the grinding zone for re-processing.
Both the grinding disc and classifying impeller are powered by independent driving systems, with variable speed control on the impeller to allow for precise particle size adjustments. A specialized screw feeding system ensures uniform material input, with the feed rate fully adjustable via frequency control to maintain optimal system balance.
Performance Features
Dual-Axis Precision & Safety Control
Our innovative dual-axis design separates grinding and classification, breaking through accuracy bottlenecks. This ensures superior particle size uniformity and better heat dissipation, which is critical for preventing sulfur softening during processing.
On-the-Fly Tuning & Zero Downtime
Particle fineness can be precisely adjusted via PLC by changing the impeller speed without stopping the machine. This eliminates the need for parts replacement and ensures the integrity of the nitrogen-sealed environment.
Premium Engineering & Extended Life
Equipped with premium imported bearings and high-spec transmission components, our systems are built for 24/7 continuous operation. This high-specification configuration minimizes failures and significantly lowers long-term maintenance costs.
Specialized Anti-Corrosion Upgrades
We offer customized internal structures and material coatings designed for sulfur’s specific traits. By upgrading components to resist corrosion and prevent static buildup, we ensure higher yields and exceptional powder quality.
