Air Classification Grinding & Nitrogen-Shielded Processing
A high-efficiency, inert-loop system designed for safe, ultra-fine sulfur micronization with precise particle size control.
Closed-Loop Precision Grinding
Raw sulfur is fed via a quantitative dosing system into the mill. Once pulverized, the material enters the classification zone where qualified particles are collected, while oversized powder is returned for re-grinding, ensuring a high-yield, one-pass operation.
Nitrogen Inerting & Cooling
The system utilizes a nitrogen circulation loop where inert gas is filtered and cooled before entering the mill’s secondary air inlet. This continuous cooling cycle prevents heat accumulation and eliminates the risk of static ignition.
Intelligent Oxygen Control (PLC)
Integrated PLC sensors monitor oxygen levels in real-time. If concentrations exceed safety thresholds, the system automatically triggers nitrogen injection, ensuring a strictly inert environment for total explosion protection.
